Yes, absolutely. Sally stores all of your data — fasting logs, sole water intake, and AI conversations — exclusively on your device using SwiftData. No data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party service. The Sally AI assistant runs entirely on-device using Apple Foundation Models, so even your conversations with Sally never leave your iPhone.
